The Ultimate Cringe Fest Is Back!

Back for a third time, now with a romantic, sexy, hilarious twist, My First Play: Valentines Edition is an evening to celebrate our younger selves and the cringey art we made years ago. Select Calgary artists will read their early works: everything from first plays, to journals, to fan fiction, to poems with little hearts drawn in the margins. Nothing is off limits, and it is sure to be a hilarious and scandalous evening.

This event also acts as a fundraiser for Verb Theatre! We want to keep creating Tomorrows Theatre, Today so every bit of support counts. My First Play will also feature interactive happenings in the lobby, Valentines cards to exchange, themed beverages, and everyones favourite: a silent auction.
